Research On Supply Chain Coordination Of Auto Parts Remanufacturing

With the rapid development of social economy,China has begun to enter the ranks of the automobile power,while the number of parts of the damage and maintenance is increasing.Traditional automobile and repair replacement of components and disposal method will produce a large number of harmful substances,not only pollute the environment,and waste a lot of resources,reduce gradually as the sustainable use of resources,people begin to attach importance to the development of circular economy.Auto parts remanufacturing can reduce production cost,increase profits,to save resources and protect the environment has a great deal of positive role.Market competition intensifying,remanufacturing supply chain node enterprise when they pursue their interests form double marginal effect,results in the decrease of remanufacturing supply chain efficiency,in a state of disorder,through contract coordination,not only can make the whole supply chain profit increased,but also can improve their profits and achieve win-win or multi-win.Therefore,the study of remanufacturing supply chain coordination problem is of great significance.This paper based on the literature review and research,summed up the current our country auto parts remanufacturing recycling channels mainly through recycling auto parts manufacturers and service stations.And then studied in certain circumstances,namely the recycling number is a linear function related to the recycling price,market demand is related to the sale price under the condition of linear function,auto parts manufacturing supply chain coordination,and considering the factors of government subsidies,respectively built single recycling channels(remanufacturers recycling,service station recycling)and double recycling channels(remanufacturers and service stations to recycle)of remanufacturing supply chain under decentralized decision-making model and centralized decision-making model,the equilibrium solutions of different decision models are discussed,and then the revenue sharing contract and revenue sharing contract are drawn out to coordinate the remanufacturing supply chain under different recycling channels,the sensitivity analysis of the effect of the supply chain coordination and the government subsidy coefficient on the profit of the supply chain was carried out by means of numerical simulation.As China's current manufacturing industry has just started,with a lot of random factors,in this paper,the market demand for random variables,the number of recovery is related to the recycling price of the random variables,study on the coordina-tion of automobile parts remanufacturing supply chain,and taking into account the factors that the government subsidies and the manufacturer supply chain profits,respectively built single recycling channels and double recycling channels of remanufacturing supply chain under decentralized decision-making model and centralized decision-making model,the introduction of contract to coordinate the supply chain of auto parts remanufacturing,on the basis of the simulation and sensitivity analysis.At last,the research results of this paper are summarized and the future research prospects are also summarized.
