Base On Grey Fuzzy System Theory Study On The Organization Of Enterprise Quota Database Of Construction Enterprises

Enterprise quota is a comprehensive reflection of the management and technology level in a period of some time. The valuation with bill quantity makes the establishment of the enterprise quota becomes the most primary task of construction enterprises. Now how to develop and manage the enterprise quota according to the actual situation turns to be a problem that should be solved quickly.This paper analyzes the current status of the domestic project valuation, and makes a comparative study on the domestic and international project valuation model. The construction enterprises must establish their own enterprise quota database to solve the problems caused by valuation with bill quantity. About enterprise quota database, the paper studies principles, procedures and the basis of it. We have got the various factors of affecting the consumption, the steps and a system model. After finding the factors of affecting resource prices, the resource price database management system is built. The similarity model which determines the engineering information and enterprise resource consumption is set up by using fuzzy mathematics and grey system theory. The dynamic management of enterprise quota database is realized with the establishment and maintenance of it. Finally, we demonstrate the feasibility of the model by using examples and it shows that the model can help construction enterprises to establish their own enterprise quota database.
