| With the continuous development of the construction market, Quota costestimation Mode which comes of USSR has already spreads in our Country. Currentlysocialism market economy system has been carried out in China. With the continuousdevelopment of the construction market,in addition,considering to be in line withinternational usual practice,Quota cost estimation mode has already been adapt inmarket economy less and less. It will be replaced by the bill of quantities valuationmode little by little. Related government departments advocate and encourage theenterprise quota to participate in market competition for almost9years, but most of theconstruction enterprise has not yet been established practical and feasible of theenterprise quota.The paper chooses construction cost mode of China’s constructionenterprises as the research object, and studies entirely methods of construction costmanagement. Firstly the basic method, process, content and characteristic of traditionalquota cost estimation mode and the bill of quantities valuation mode are quoted in thispaper, it compares the price composing under the mode of quota and the mode of thebill of quantities valuation mode. Secondly based on the characteristics of quota model,this paper compares and analyses the quota of budget, comprehensive unit-price andenterprise quota and indicates the basic role of Quota cost estimation mode. Based ondetailed analysis of 《Code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works》（GB50500-2008）,some deficiencies of the current code are found out. SomeSuggestions related to carry out and perfect current Code are pointed out.. Furthermore,author puts forward the tendency in construction cost field， Propose the establishmentof enterprise quota by several methods and introduce emphatically the original dataprocessing and Monte Carlo simulation.Finally an engineering example is provided byConstruction enterprise to verify the theories. |
