The Current Status And Strategy For Wenzhou's Harmonious Neo-Villiage

Wenzhou is the front position of china's economic reformation, where "Wenzhou model" was developed. Facing the situation of economic slowdown, its urban and rural construction is lagging behind. In the process of three decades of reform and opening, Wenzhou rural society has undergone tremendous changes, with the living of farmers improved, democratic rights being strengthened, spiritual and cultural life enriched, and village construction getting better.However, there have been many factors of disharmony in rural economic, political, cultural, social, ecological, and other systems. The most prominent problem is the lag of urban-rural and the integration process of urbanization. In particular, deep-seated contradictions and problems aroused by urban-rural dual structure stranded out. Therefore, building a harmonious socialist is important for the sustainable, rapid and healthy development of national economy. Therefore, the correctly analysis and understand the current rural areas of Wenzhou factors affecting has become the major issue to be solved.From the construction of Wenzhou's new harmonious country, this article proposed that the construction of a new socialist countryside in China is essential to the rural comprehensive harmony. At first, this article described the factors of disharmony in the fields of economy, culture, politics, social life and party-building areas of Wenzhou current rural community in detail. Then we traced back from the economy, culture, history and policy to figure out the reasons for the disharmony of Wenzhou's rural development. We argue that the anomie of Wenzhou Yongjia scholar's "righteousness and Profit", and the parochialism of Wenzhou immigration history, and local dialects is the historical and cultural roots that influence the harmony of countryside. Meanwhile, frequent changes of difference in wealth between rural areas and the government policy of rural development, induced by lacking of co-ordinating mechanism, are the practical causes.We studied the system of establishing and promoting the integration of urban and rural economic and social development, from the perspective of urban and rural. During three decades of reform and opening up. Mode of "Rural Cooperative Agriculture Association" has resulted in positive changes. For future strategies of Wenzhou's harmonious new rural construction, the author proposed his own opinion concerning harmonious development of new rural micro-patterns, new patterns of rural development professionals, rural and urban price mechanism. Further, we suggest that the integration of urban and rural areas in Wenzhou and development of micro-power perspective should change the face of rural backwardness, thus forming a harmonious new countryside in Wenzhou.
