Dairy products are rich in human growth and development necessary for a variety of amino acids and trace elements, known as the "closest to the perfect food". Dairy industry in China is a late start, a weak infrastructure industries, the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China's dairy industry, milk and dairy products consumption, aggregate growth, agricultural development has become a hot industry, national economy has gradually become a development and social progress in an important industry. With the rapid development of dairy industry and its growing quality and safety problems for consumers, producers, the Government of the pie. Milk and dairy products quality and safety of not only directly related to the safety and health of consumers, but also related to a country's export competitiveness, however, China's current milk quality and safety of the status quo is worrying, in the domestic market, due to quality problems caused personal safety are frequent cases of abuse. Some survey found that affect the quality of milk is the key source of some quality at the production stage of the security risks, because the dairy farmers of the quality and safety awareness is not strong, the deeper problem may be determined by mode of production of small farmers. Farmers keeping small-scale level of organization is low, and feeding techniques and other factors behind the process is very conducive to raising the quality of security control. Processing enterprises and other enterprises rely on the efforts of the middle is certainly no way to do so and, therefore, the production stage of the quality and safety control as the focus is essential. In this paper, previous studies, in collaboration with the farmers sort out the vertical relationship between the quality control of behavior, further recognized that the vertical forms of collaboration and quality control of farm households there is a certain link between acts, and the former on the latter there are significant impact. Therefore, this paper, the field survey in Nanjing to dairy farmers to use feed additives act as an entry point, namely the use of structural equation model and the "double column" selection model in different vertical quality control of dairy farmers in collaboration with the conduct of a descriptive statistical analysis and model checking. The results showed that different vertical coordination of the use of drugs to the farmers there are some differences in additives, and the influencing factors are also different. Overall, the dairy farmers the use of drugs act mainly by additive age, educational level, non-farm employment, and several other factors. Also, in close collaboration with way more involvement and participation in a loose collaborative approach, the results showed that the former drug use behavior of additive factors significantly more than the latter, and the number of drug additives, significantly less than the demand for the latter. Finally based on analysis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
