Research On The Supply Chain's Competitive Advantages Of Chinese Dairy Enterprises From Quality Safety Perspective

The year of 2017 is an important year for the implementation of "China 13 th Five-Year" plan,also a year for the deepening of supply-side structural reform.As the key of agricultural supply-side reform,the dairy industry plays a crucial role in the sustainable and healthy development of agricultural economy.As the most important key in dairy industry development,the quality safety of dairy industry not only is the lifeline for the development of dairy enterprises in China,but also penetrates into all links of the supply chain of dairy enterprises.When domestic dairy products have not got rid of the trust crisis of 2008 melamine incident,the international dairy giants stepped up the layout of Chinese domestic market.In response to the current complicated market environment and the increasingly fierce market competition,major domestic dairy enterprises develop towards the supply chain upstream on the basis of the middle and low advantages of the current supply chain in order to promote the competitive advantage through the supply chain creation and resist the impact of international dairy enterprises on the domestic dairy industry.In order to targetedly,systematically and strategically improve the competitive advantage of the supply chain of the domestic dairy enterprises,absorb the advanced experience of international excellent dairy enterprises and combine with the characteristics of domestic dairy industry,the construction of the competitive advantage evaluation system of the domestic dairy enterprises is particularly important.This paper fully studies the current competitive situation of the dairy industry,learn from advanced international experience,combine with the characteristics of China's dairy industry,dig into the important factor and the relationship between various factors affecting competitive advantage of China's dairy supply chain from the perspective of hard and soft power for the core enterprise supply chain.With questionnaire design,data collected using AMOS software to run the model,the model run results obtained and the results are interpreted and amended to give the relationship between the indicators and the impact of competitive advantages dairy enterprises mechanism and effects,And on this basis to build the structure equation model of competitive advantage of the dairy enterprise supply chain,designing the questionnaires,collecting and organizing data,using AMOS software to run model,then the model run results are obtained and the results are interpreted and amended to give the relationship between the indicators and the impact mechanism and effects for competitive advantages dairy enterprises.It is good to put forward the competitive advantage strategy for China's dairy enterprise's supply chain,from direct,indirect,soft power and hard power two angles,build a new research perspective for enhancing competitive advantage of China's dairy enterprise's supply chain to provide recommendations for sustainable development of China's dairy industry.
