| Promoting economy development and increasing peasants’ income in underdevelopedarea is extremely important for harmonious society construction. For AgriculturalDevelopment Bank of China(ADBC), one of the agricultural policy Banks, which takes"agriculture, countryside and farmers" as the basic aim, how to determine the support area andfocus, play in the new rural construction of backbone and prop function, is an urgent problemto be solved.After the study of new countryside construction related theory in supportingunderdeveloped areas, development course of the ADBC was combed from the angle ofhistory. And then, the empirical analysis were carried on in support of new rural constructionin economically underdeveloped areas from the overall situation, support loan structure,regional loan growth, project support and its performance and so on. It also summarized thecharacteristics, and further pointed out the problems for Agricultural Development Bank ofChina which was discovered in new rural construction in economically underdeveloped areas.Finally, it put forward the path choices of new rural construction for ADBC to support forundeveloped areas based on above research in this paper. |
