Because of the government policies and regulations, the companies'own economic interests and social responsibility ,and social development of circular economy, in particular, the promoting of the implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility, how to use theory to solve practical problems in the actual situation draw much unprecedented attention. This article is from the actual situation, combined with the existing theory, put forward solutions to real problems.This study mainly consists of four parts. Firstly, this paper review the literature on the most common outcome of several recycling methods and case studies on recycling logistics, from which we can concluded the three basic processing mode - repair and then sell, break down and then create and direct waste disposal. The second part describes the basic theory related to this paper, arising from the reverse logistics system to the implementation and application of the Extended Producer Responsibility. Based on the theory, we detect an optimal way to deal with the recycling problems. The third part of the paper builds an evaluation system about recycling of electronic products and also introduces the detailed description of the various indicators. At last, a case was used to simulate the above-mentioned system, and an assessment will be given at the end of the paper.
