Owing to the cost reduction and rapidly expanding of manufacturing enterprises,simultaneously because of the huge demand of Volume zone,the electronic products are upgrading more and more quickly. More and more electron products have been throwing away,resulting in“city of mineral”.However reverse logistics of electronic waste in China is still very incomplete.Not only caused the environmental pollution and the waste of resource,but also unable to deal with the current speed of electronic wastes creates.Many aspects of reverse logistics of electronic waste in China need to be improved.At the same time, A majority of The current theoretical research on reverse logistics of electronic waste in China are m focused on a particular aspect.There is few research results of effect size of the different influencing factors on the performance optimization of reverse logistics of electronic waste in China.By the basis of literature research,In this paper Summarized the influence f actors of reverse logistics of electronic waste in China.And Through the analysi s of the group discussion,constructed Interpretative Structural Modeling Mold.Be sides, by referring to the research results of scholars before,this paper combine d with the advantages of of balanced Scorecard and the performance prism,and Constructed evaluation index system of reverse logistics of electronic waste i n China which includes five dimensions——financial performance、operation flo w、stakeholder、Learning and growth、social responsibility.On this basis,designi ng questionnaire and organizing related survey according to the literature.Throu ghing analysis of the data, verified the rationality of the model built of the fact ors of reverse logistics of electronic waste in China,and get the relational mod el between the effects and performance of reverse logistics of electronic waste in China,and get the conclusion in the end.Through the literature research, this paper concluded 14 influence factors o n the efficient optimization of reverse logistics of electronic waste in China.At the same time,by constructing Interpretative Structural Modeling mold,this p aper summed up different kinds of influence factors of reverse logistics of elec tronic waste in China in four aspects,respectively includes the policy environme nt、the microcosmic environment 、operating and resource.On this basis,In this paper a questionnaire survey was conducted about the benefit optimization fact ors of reverse logistics of electronic waste in China and the performance of re verse logistics of electronic waste in China,and conducted a multivariate regressi on analysis of the data.in the end,this paper get a conclusion that The influence degree of the influence factors on the efficient optimization of reverse logistic s of electronic waste in China the from high to low in order is operating、the policy environment、resource、the microcosmic environment...
