It consciously assumes the social responsibility and walks on an "Inclusive Finance" development road. During the past seven years, the deposit size of postal savings bank varied from1.3to3.9trillion and the loan amount was up to752.1billion Yuan. The company achieved a net profit of23.12billion Yuan. It has become the largest and most extensive financial services institution.The eighteenth Party’s report pointed out the new road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics we have to go. We should strengthen the development of both small and medium-sized city and small town industrial function. The county economy development is in an important strategic period. County economy is not only a combination of city economy and rural economy, but also the important support to economic and social development. The central government adopted a series of policies and measures to build the development of county economy. It should be said that the development of county economy has made great progress and accumulated rich experience. The county economic development in China is facing a good opportunity for development. On the one hand, with the reform, the institutional environment of the development of county economy has been significantly improved.
