Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises Technical Knowledge System Construction Path Research

Equipment manufacturing industry is in relation to the veins of nation, is a sign of economic, scientific and technology overall strength and industrialization level of one country or region, is a long-term fundamental and strategic industry in relation to the benefit of the state and nation. And because the assembling products are different from processing products in technical characteristics, equipment manufacturing enterprise knowledge management research can find the common strategy of equipment manufacturing enterprise technology technical capacity growth, which be of important meaning for national economy development.This paper puts forward the concept of enterprise technical knowledge system by using the theories and methods of system engineering and comprehensive study on enterprise technical knowledge. Besides, from the angle of industrial technology content, author divides the enterprise technical knowledge system completely and give further study on the elements relations and system constructing path, make a more comprehensive and further thought on factors influence between each other in technology management process, which provides a new perspective for enterprise technology management research and provides advice for equipment manufacturing enterprise to enhance technical abilities and competitiveness.Firstly, in view of the current development situation and research status of equipment manufacturing industry, author determines the research framework and method of this paper, and analyzes and summarizes related theoretical basis to this study, clarifies the essence and elements of technology and the concept and structure technology chain. Secondly, based on the theory of essence and elements of technology, author puts up the concept of enterprises technical knowledge system and describes the structure of technical knowledge system and knowledge content in every element and researches the relationship of the elements with concept of technology chain as the division logic of system structure. Then author puts up four enterprise technical knowledge construction path:reverse chasing path and key cutting path based on main elements, positive breakthrough path and the service transformation path based on neighbor elements. Finally, author selected the representative four equipment manufacturing enterprises, expatiates their technical knowledge system construction process, and analyses their characteristics in the construction process to verify the scientificalness and practicality of related theory of enterprise technical knowledge system construction paths by single case explanatory research respectively.
