Research On Bottlenecks Discrimination And Upgrading Path Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry Chain In Liaoning

Discriminating the bottleneck of the equipment manufacturing industry chain is conducive to find the fundamental restriction of the equipment manufacturing industry chain upgrading and its influence factors. Analysis the upgrading path of the equipment manufacturing industry chain is also conducive for the equipment manufacturing industry enterprises to clear their development direction. Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry needs rapid upgrade in order to keep up with the new development tendency of equipment manufacturing industry, so identifying bottlenecks which restrict the equipment manufacturing industry chain upgrade and analyzing the upgrading path is necessary to make the equipment manufacturing industry chain upgrade.This paper puts forward production capacity balance and logistics of the equilibrium theory according to the constraint theory, firstly analyzes the type of the equipment manufacturing industry chain in Liaoning ("half smile"curve and"cry"curve) and problems. Then the paper analyzes the mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry chain upgrading (industrial chain realizes internal structure upgrading and external value rising) according to production capacity balance and logistics of the equilibrium theory, and points out that screening the bottlenecks of equipment manufacturing industry chain is the key to upgrade industrial chain. So this paper uses value contribution rate and factor analysis to screen the bottlenecks of the equipment manufacturing industry chain in Liaoning, and the discriminate result is that the technology R&D link and industrial supporting link are the bottlenecks, thus it can fundamentally find out the crux of the industrial chain and reasons of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning. On the basis of mechanism and bottlenecks it analyzes the upgrade paths directing at different types of equipment manufacturing industry chain.This paper first screens the bottlenecks of equipment manufacturing industry chain and obtains that the technology R&D link and industrial supporting link are the bottlenecks. In addition it provides upgrading path according to different chain types of equipment manufacture enterprise. This paper in the academic theory value lies in perfecting the related theory system of equipment manufacturing industry chain. And the actual application are mainly embodied in screening the bottlenecks of equipment manufacturing industry chain with actual data of Liaoning, on the other hand, providing upgrade paths directing at different chain types of equipment manufacturing industry enterprise. And it provides certain theoretical and practical basis for governments and enterprises to make useful policy and decision.
