The short-live of Chinese private enterprises caused by many reasons, but one of the key issues is the Inadequate incentive mechanism,that companies cannot find the right talent or not retain qualified.A company is a domestic group company based on real estate development construction. After development of nearly 10 years, the company has entered a period of rapid development now. However, recent two years very normal phenomenon has arisen that the loss of talents is growing. The huge loss of talent is likely to cause great impact on the development of A company.Modern human resource management is achieved by the incentives, that is to center around the incentives. The father of Japanese management Kazuo Inamori has said" equations of life", that is to say "Life*Results of the work=The way of thinking*enthusiasm*Ability". In other words, undering the correct way of thinking as a precondition, job performance of people depends on his ability and enthusiasm for work. Incentive is the main way to make people achieve their potential. Therefore, the effectiveness of incentives determines the enthusiasm and the level of production efficiency of the staff in an organization. The use of it determines the rise and fall to a certain extent.This article takes use of the case method, ordering A company as a case, and its brain drain that is facing as the research object,taking the use of incentive management theory.By analyzing the reasons for brain drain in A company and the performance evaluation of staff in it, personnel performance evaluation, incentives and human resources systems, to explore a suitable incentive model for A company itself.Through the analysis, the author find that A company has problem on encourage aspect, for example target encourage, salary encourage, assessment encourage, bouns-penalty encourage, stock encourage, competing encourage, training encourage, promoting encourage, emotion encourage, example encourage and so on. Against the problem above, author provides advice to solve problem, hope that these suggestions and comments can help A Company, making it do better in the selection, employment, education and retain qualified. So that talent will do their best and contribute all of their power to A company for its long-term and steady development.
