One of the Times Characteristics of the 21st century is the talent competition,human capital is the most important capital.The competitiveness of an enterprise often depends on its quality and ability of knowledge workers.Companies want in the fierce market competition in an invincible position,we must know how to manage and motivate knowledge workers,making the best use,best use.And in the free flow of human resources,talent wars intensified the current situation,only scientific and effective human resources incentives to attract and retain real talent,and maKTimize the staffs enthusiasm and creativity.Therefore,the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism is a key to success.Currently internal incentives mainly in terms of material benefits,few companies have a complete theory,improve the system of staff incentives.Firstly,incentives from the economic and non-economic incentives to eKTpand both the literature survey,see the four basic theories of motivation,and on this basis,combined with motivation theory defines the meaning of incentive mechanism;Secondly,to KT's case,analysis of the Status of KT incentives and problems based on the analysis of the status quo,constructed sharing contract based on optimal design of the benefits of economic and non-economic incentives and reputation-based incentive design,confirming the importance of economic incentives and supporting the use of non-economic incentives.Finally,the paper proposes to improve KT's incentives five responses,including:to construct a reasonable economic incentive system;to build a sound non-economic incentive system;establish a scientific performance evaluation system;to build a positive and progressive corporate culture;strengthen guidance,focus on staff their own self-motivation.
