With the growing popularity of the team work mode, organization behavior research in team levels has become the focus in the past 20 years. Influencing factors of team performance are the focus and hottest in the team research. Facing high-speed of technology innovation, how to improve the team efficiency of research and development team has become the key competitive force of the enterprise. From the fundamental structure of organization behavior, that is, from individual research to group research and to organization research, studying how certain characteristic of research and development team members affect the team member's relation, in turn, affect team effectiveness, all these are the focus of the paper.Recent years, academic circles take team as an information processing unit. Transactive memory system is used to explain how the team members to resolve the problem by the information they need. And different psychological factors of team members will influence the way they deal with the information, also affect the efficiency of the whole team. The paper discusses how the psychological capital of team members affect the formation and development of transactive memory system. To research the relation among psychological capital, transactive memory system and team performance is the research important content.Through the research results of the relationship among psychological capital, transactive memory system and team performance, the team leader can improve the formation of team members, strengthen the team members to get the psychological capital, promote the formation of transactive the system memory, in turn, to enhance the team efficiency.First, the paper deeply researches domestic and foreign literatures, second, proceeding research of the enterprise interview and questionnaire investigation, third, do the careful data analysis, regard to relation among psychological capital, transactive memory system and team performance, we draw the following main conclusions:(1) In the R& D team of company, in general, psychological capital and transactive memory system show significant positive correlation, but resiliency of psychological capital has played a negative role to transactive memory system in two dimensions, included credibility and coordination.(2) In the R& D team of of company, all the dimentions of transactive memory system have a significant positive correlation with team effectiveness. (3) In the R& D team of of company, all the dimentions of psychological capital have a significant positive correlation with team effectiveness.In the end, based on the findings, this study proposed practical recommendations on how to improve R&D team effectiveness from a new perspective, pointed the deficiencies of this study both theoretically and practically, and gave the directions of the further research.
