With the development of knowledge economy,organizations need to constantly try to change or redesign themselves to adapt to the continuous change of the internal and external environment. Organizations’ ability to adapt to environmental changes mainly depends on the organizations external information and knowledge acquisition, development, utilization and innovation, namely the organization learning ability.Thus as the basic unit of organization learning ability,team learning plays an unique role in improving organization learning ability,developing organization effectiveness and responding to changing environment,and it has gotten more and mor attention in theoretical and practical circles.Thus it has become an important issue in human resource management that organizations how to improve team learning behavior and effectiveness,and obtain lasting competitive advantage.In human resource management circle,more and more researchers realize that as an important relation resource,team social capital has unique effects on acquisition, accumulation and development of team internal knowledge,and widely decides team learning process and efficiency.Transactive memory system is getting more attention from enterprises and researchers,team members base on their mutual understanding of respective expertise and communication to enhance team information processing ability,and it provides knowledge sharing site of storing and fetching information.As a cognitive mechanism in team process, transactive memory system may play an intermediary role between team social capital and team learning.This paper tries to probe into the relationship among team socialcapital,transactive memory system and team learning,how the team social capital within the team affects the formation and development of transactive memory system,therefore its influence on team learning.First, the paper deeply reviews and reorganizes domestic and foreign literatures, builds the relational model of team socialcapital,transactive memory system and team learning,and put up the hypothesis about the relationship.Then we designed the questionnaire and conducted the survey.Lastly,we analyzed the collected date using SPSS18.0、LISREL8.7statistical methods to verify the validation of model and hypothesis,then we draw the following main conclusions:(1) There is a significant positive correlation between team socialcapital and transactive memory system,but as to the different dimensions of team socialcapital,it has a different effect on transactive memory system. (2) There is a significant positive correlation between team socialcapital and team learning,but as to the different dimensions of team socialcapital,it has a different effect on team learning.(3) There is a significant positive correlation between transactive memory system and team learning,but as to the different dimensions of transactive memory system,it has a different effect on team learning.(4) Transactive memory system plays an intermediary role between team social capital and team learning.(5) Personality characteristics (age,education level) and team characteristics (years of team working, team states) have impact and mediating influence on team socialcapital, transactive memory system and team learning.
