In recent years, with the rapid development of market economy, enterprises are facing a growing number of external problems, such as environmental degradation, imbalance between resource supply and demand, policy constraints and so on. It has become an indisputable fact for an enterprise to initiatively undertake social responsibility. However, while putting the strategy into action, how to identify the key drivers of corporate social responsibility is an urgent problem for many companies to solve. But many dimensional systems in our country come from foreign countries, which are uneasy to put in practice in specific industry applications. Taking the more prominent issues and the larger proportion into account, the author tries to build a new dimensional system for manufacturing enterprises in China. Since the 1990s, along with the continuous flat organizational structure, organizational citizenship behaviors become concerned. Then introducing the organizational recognition as an intermediate variable, the author tries to know about how corporate social responsibility has an impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Through empirical research, there are the following conclusions.①From the stakeholder perspective, the new three-dimensional scale of corporate social responsibility for manufacturing enterprises in China is along with some science and rationality.②The three dimensions of corporate social responsibility have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior for organization. While protecting the interests of employees and responsibilities to the community or society have a direct impact on organizational citizenship behavior for individuals, but the direct impact is not significant.③Organizational recognition plays the role of an intermediate variable in partially or completely on the research between corporate social responsibility and organizational citizenship behavior for organization. But it didn't do it in the research on organizational citizenship behavior for individuals.
