The arrival of intellectual economy times has made the control of the new knowledge become the biggest advantage that the enterprise take participate in the market competition, how to obtain and share knowledge through team learning behavior to improve organizational performance has become the important research topics in academic and practical management. Leaders exert much positive influence on organizational knowledge acquiring, transferring and transforming. On the other hand, transformational leadership theory has been on the spotlight in recent decades, researches show that transformational leadership has a positive impact on team learning behavior, but the its functional paths remain as a black box.Based on the social exchange theory, we put trust as an intermediary variable into the relationship between transformational leadership and team learning behavior, in order to do the further discuss about the inherent mechanism about how transformational leadership effects on team learning behavior.Based on this, this research makes the IT enterprise group as the research object to establish the theoretical research framework about the relationship between transformational leadership and team learning behavior. This research makes the transformational leadership as the antecedent variable, analyzes that transformational leadership affects the mutual trust among team members, and then promotes the learning behavior, and puts forward the assumption of this research, and through the data analysis, verifies the hypothesis. In the empirical study,the measurement about the transformational leadership makes use of the Transformational Leadership Questionnaire by Li Chaoping et al directly; about the measurement of trust makes use of the Chowdhury's (2005) confidence questionnaire, which is developed from the McAllister's (1995) cognitive trust and affective trust measurement scale, and it has been repeatedly demonstrated well in reliability and validity; the measurement of the team learning behavior is based mainly on the Edmondson's team learning behavior scale, combined with the domestic scholar Yao Jing's research scale. Later, 345 questionnaires were sent out, the data were analyzed though exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, finally we made the conclusion of this study.The data analysis indicates that, the four dimension of the transformational leadership can promote team members (including the team leader) to be mutual trust, and team members'(including team leader) trust can effectively promote the team learning behavior to carry out, which verifies the mediating role of trust.In this paper, the process that the transformational leadership affects team members' mutual trust and the trust affects team learning behavior is analyzed in great detail, in order to provide direction in promoting team learning behavior and organizational performance for the enterprise managers.
