Transformational leadership is considered to be the most effective leadershipstyle in the worldwide. Previous studies have shown that transformational leadershiphas impact on corporate performance, but there is a big difference in theperformance of firms whose leaders show transformational leadership style. In orderto explain the phenomenon mentioned above and get a better understanding of themechanism of transformational leadership’s effect on corporate performance. Thestudy designs a theoretical research framework based on the reviews of previousstudies and theories: top management team learning behavior as intermediaryvariable between transformational leadership and corporate performance, whichmeans transformational leadership’s impact on firm performance is not direct, butthrough the mediating effect of top management team learning behavior;Furthermore, environmental dynamism as the adjustment variable betweentransformational leadership and top management team learning behavior. Secondly,collect data via questionnaires, use SPSS software for data processing and verify thetheoretical model and research hypotheses. Finally, managerial implication has beenpresent based on the empirical research results. And the research results will promotethe effective selection and utilization for transformational leadership style., guideenterprises develop top management team learning behavior in the context ofenvironmental dynamics, enhance corporate performance, and promote thesustainable development of enterprises.The main conclusions are as follows:1. Transformational Leadership and Top Management Team learning behaviorpositively correlated. Environment dynamics shows a significant positive influenceon their relationship.2. Top Management Team learning behavior and corporate performance ispositively correlated. Environment dynamics did’t show a significant influence ontheir relationship.3. Transformational Leadership and corporate performance is positivelycorrelated.4. Top Management Team learning behavior plays a mediating role intransformational leadership’s prediction on corporate performance.
