The Research Of Lean Production Implementation In Passenger Car Fuse Production Line Of Company LF

Current status,lots of foreign-fund enterprises were closed or moved out from China for cost factors.So many manufacturing enterprises need to improve the status and strength their operation competition from cost,quality,and response speed in market and etc.Not only the foreign-fund enterprise,but also the private enterprise,joint venture enterprise,even some services are learning and implementing lean production to try to realize their expected profits.Lean production is derived from Toyota production system.The essence thinking is eliminating all the wastes through the process.Lean implementation can help generate profits in enterprise by reducing the cost,improving the manufacturing quality,reducing the lead time;and it can also form the improvement culture by carrying out the lean enterprise in all sites of the operation system.The implementation method should be different according to different culture and different phases in the enterprise.This thesis mainly focuses on the self-status of LF,according to some issues they made their own lean implemented strategy and it is named Model line module,and it can drive the improvement activities in the company.The Model line module can be used when the lean program is known in the company and the associates can use and have confidence in the lean tools;another one is that it can drive all the associates involved in the kaizen activities and make improvements in all the company.Hope the thesis can be used or learned for reference.Based on Model Line Module,firstly it defines the focused area or production line;second through value stream mapping(VSM)it can overview the total value stream,and identify all the wastes from information flow,material flow,and process flow;and then defines and sets up the actions plan to improve the wastes with all the teams’ contributions;the thesis introduces how to eliminate the variance or wastes from the manpower,machine,material through standard work,SMED,lean layout.In the end,the most important thing is focused on how to involve all the associates in the improvement activities.And in LF it can create the improvement culture by Lean small group activity(LSGA).Setting up their own lean strategy in the company is very important,and it can support the operation system to get high productivity,high quality,and customer satisfaction and make great profits to achieve excellent level.
