Research Into Risk Management Of Rural Tourismdevelopment Project For Taiyuan Chian Travel Servise Group

Because of the sensitivity to relative sectors, the tourism industry faces various kinds of risks, which can be either chances or threats (or even be fatal).Therefore tourist projects' decision makers and managers must carry out comprehensive and systematic risk management to ensure the smooth realization of the objectives of the project.This dissertation is on the base of the risk management theory as guide, following the risk management in accordance with the general approach, taking the tourism development projects as the carrier, from the domestic and international project risk management experience, and proposes the specific risk management measures. This study is divided into five parts as following:In chapter 1, this study shows the research background, aims and significance, and current research situation, research content and main methods of this study. In chapter 2, the general theory of tourism development project risk management analysis, especially the rural tourism development project risk management analysis is emphasized, and provides some theoretical support on the manifestations of features, content and significance of the tourism development projects for the followings. It also reviews the existing ways to measure the risk in rural tourism development projects. In chapter 3, the specific technology of China's tourism development project risk management, which analyzes the whole process of risk management from the risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and risk response. Also this chapter tructs the model of measuring rural tourism development project risk management based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) and The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), which is the support tool for the following. Chapter 4 shows the rural tourism development project risk management of Taiyuan Chian Travel Service, which comprehensive analyses the current status of rural tourism development projects, identifies and assesses the risks taking the risk management theory as guide. Chapter 5, taiyuan CTS group rural tourism development project risk management measures. Including set up correct concept, fully identification and risk estimate the risk, correct use all kinds of risk management techniques and methods, and in the light of the actual situation proposed the purpose to prevent and dissolve the risk measures.The final chapter shows the conclusion, limitation and future research of this study.
