The Research On Compliance Management Of China's Commercial Bank Under The Scientific Outlook On Development

The compliance risk management is at its initial stage in China.The building of regulation,methods of quantization,risk awareness,risk culture of banks have fallen far behind from the requirements of modern bank's compliance risk management.Although compared with the big banks in western developed countries,the business in China's banks is less complicated,the compliance risk in China's banks is very serious due to the lack of regulations and sound system of monitoring.Therefore,to strengthen the management of compliance risk of China's banks is of great present importance.This paper deeply analyzed the compliance management of China's commercial bank under scientific development and mainly includes several parts as follows:First of all,based on the scientific development concept,this paper points out the importance of scientific development for compliance management of China's commercial bank.In the meantime,this paper also studied the necessity of compliance management in commercial bank's development.They provides the guiding ideology and research direction for the paper.Secondly, this paper briefly described the related theory of compliance management and mainly introduced the concept of commercial banks'compliance risk and compliance management, the phylogeny of compliance management,and the relationship between compliance risk and other risks.This part provides the theoretical support for the paper.Thirdly, this paper studied the situation and problems of commercial banks' compliance management,and got a lot of valued ideas.Fourthly, this paper deeply analyzed the causes of all the problems from external and internal angles,based on the third part above. Fifthly, to promote the compliance management of commercial bank, this paper positively learned the advanced experience of foreign commercial bank,and got some important affordance.At last, this paper provided the basic approaches and strategies of compliance management of China's commercial bank under scientific development.It can be hoped to promote the compliance management of commercial bank in China effectively.
