The Study Of The Reconstruction Of SuZhou's Spatial Structure Based On The Perspective Of The Change Of The Urban Governance Mode

SuZhou have spent nearly 20 years to complete the process of rapid urbanization, in the course of the Reconstruction of SuZhou's spatial structure,its status have not been adjusted and its elements have not been improved, leading to many problems. This paper has summarized the development process of SuZhou's spatial, and have considered the factors that had led the reconstruction of SuZhou's spatial structure, and have study on the mode and characteristics of SuZhou's spatial structure, and then founded the results which could be lead to the reconstruction of SuZhou's spatial structure.In order to successfully solve this problem, this paper combined with the general trends of the change of urban governance mode, and use the DEA analysis to investigate the economic development date of SuZhou nearly 20 years, and concluded the many reason why SuZhou's spatial structure reconstruction is that the efficiency loss of city business mode. It refers to the governance body is just the local government, and the driving force of governance body is just coming from policy and economic power generate from the Interest Group. The NPO did not play the role of supervision and coordination.Therefore, the imbalance of SuZhou's spatial structure is just because of the imbalance of governance body, the methods optimization SuZhou's spatial structure is that combining with the power from local government and Interest Group and NPO, only in this way could we make SuZhou's spatial structure in order.
