A Study On Financing Service Of Technology Business Incubators

The next 10 to 20 years is an important opportunity for China's economic and social development. It is also an important opportunity for scientific and technological development. Accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and developing innovative small and medium-sized enterprises with independent intellectual property rights has become an extremely important strategic one among the high-tech industrialization tasks. This is also the new historical mission of China's technology business incubators. Technology business incubators have an irreplaceable role in solving the financial needs of start-ups. But with the growth of the incubating enterprises, the demand for funds increased, development of incubators are limited by lack of own funds and it is difficult to meet the demand for fund of the growing enterprises.Based on the research on technology business incubators'financing service systems, according to the degree of tightness between the incubator and financial institutions, this paper proposes three financing service modes of incubator at the theoretical level: loose-based financing service mode, close-based financing service mode and moderate-based financing service mode, and analyses the advantage and disadvantages of these three service modes. Then take the Yuandian Venture Capital Investment Co., Ltd. In Suzhou Industrial Park as an example, the paper study its development status, financing service modes and incubation ability. Besides summing up the experience of the successful operation of enterprises, the paper put forward the way of how to implement the moderate-based financing service mode from strengthening incubators and broadening fund channels respectively for technology business.
