Study On Service Ability Evaluation Of Technology Business Incubators

The small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises promote the technology innovation and the development of the high and new technology industries. It has become one of the important forces making contribution to the development of national economy. Technology business incubators provide necessary services to the enterprises, so most academic research hot spots focus on how to promote the service ability of technology business incubators. The deviation of service supply and demand between the enterprises and the technology business incubators could prevent the progress of the small and medium-sized enterprises, so this paper puts the focus on how to establish the effective evaluation index system of the service ability. From the viewpoint of the actual needs of the incubated enterprises, and then establish the evaluation index system of the service ability based on the choice of the incubated enterprises.This paper firstly introduces the background and meaning of the study, summarizing the domestic and overseas scholars’ theoretical review of the incubators, and the study of the incubators’ service ability and evaluation of the incubators by literature review. This paper evaluates the service ability of the incubators based on the actual needs of the incubated enterprises by questionnaire survey in order to know the connection between incubators and incubated enterprises. Summarize and screen the influencing factors with the data in the survey, then establish the service ability evaluation system of the technology business incubators with these influencing factors. This paper evaluates the service ability with the analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method. Then examine the evaluation system by using it into a real case and get the service ability level of the incubators. The paper makes suggestions for the incubator to promote its service ability according to the results of the evaluation. At last, this paper makes prospect of the main study direction of the development of the service ability of the technology business incubators.
