Especially for the construction of Qinghai Oilfield Co., Ltd., which is specialized engineering construction enterprise, the demand of the professional competence of staff and efficient use of material resource is higher. The study of the implement program of Qinghai Oilfield construction human resource disposal has very important theoretical and practical significant. From the theoretical point of view, the research of human resource is the addition and development to the field of business administration. From a practical point of view, the time of studying human resource construction of the Qinghai Oilfield Co., Ltd. is critical for future development.
