Study On The Status Quo And Optimization Strategy Of Secondary Distribution Management Of PetroChina In

International big oil companies have put the refined oil distribution management optimization as an important way to reduce the operating costs and to improve companies competitiveness. Due to historical reasons,the refined oil distribution of oil marketing companies in China significantly lower than the foreign advanced oil maketing enterprises.This paper selects the PetroChina Sichuan Marketing Company as the research object, use supply chain management, refined oil secondary logistics distribution management,and other related theory as the instruction, the PetroChina Sichuan Marketing Company’s refined oil secondary logistics distribution management situation is studied. In this paper, on the basis of on-the-spot investigation in the company, the author analysis and summarise five main problems about the company’s refined oil secondary logistics distribution management. And according to the proposed problems, respectively from five aspects of the base station matching and optimizaion of inventory management,improve the efficiency of distribution management system, strengtheing the construction of logistics distribution management system, optimization of secondary distribution process regulation, improve personnel quality and so on proposed the company optimize the logistics distribution management strategy.The author thinks that the advanced logistics and distribution management can help PetroChina Sichuan Marketing Company to reasonably integrate the existing logistics resources, inventory and transportation facilities of the company. So that the refined oil secondary distribution of the company can step up a new level.
