As long with the economic globalization and the advent of the knowlege economy, Corporate Culture has been an important source as well as competitive power of enterprises. Since our market economy has been in run for no more than 20 years, and the construction of corporate culture which is supposed to match the system is also lagging behind.For Chinese firms, it makes lots of pratical sense to learn from their overseas peers, espeicially their advanced corporate culture. Take Japan as an example. Not only it is a geographical neighbour of China in east Asia,but its culture is deeply rooted in confucianism as that of China as well. Meanwhile, as one of the first countries who propose a theory of corporate culture,Japan plays a leading role in corporate management and corporate culture development worldwide. Hence, Chinese entreprenuers should be well ready to learn from Japensese corporations' achievements and experience.Therefore, this essay will focus on enterprise concepts , base on the contrast and analysis of the Chinese and Japanese enterprise culture, and elaborate Japanese enterprise culture's enlightenment on the construction of Chinese enterprise culture.This essay can be divided into five parts:Part One: Corporate Culture definition and its importance.Part Two: Corporate Culture theory.Part Three: Chinese Corporate Culture nature.Part Four: Japanese Corporate Culture nature.Part Five: Comparison between different business cultures from China and Japan and inspiration to Chinese corporation.
