In the tendency of integrative economy in the world, much more enterprisers realize that the corporate culture has become important parts in the management and construction in the process of the business management of an enterprise. It means that in the back of all successful enterprises, there must be their successful corporate cultures. Increasing cases indicated that excellently corporate culture would bring many benefit and respectable society figure to the enterprise. As a subject, although the corporate culture only has short history in the field study and development, it has played an important role that can not be substituted in the mad of the development of enterprises.As a foreign student from Vietnam, I come to China, study the Chinese business management, and make deep compreension and research on the differences of corporate cultures between the China and Vietnam. The purpose of this paper is to get some useful conclusions for the exchanges and development of corporate culture between the two countries by contrasting, expounding and analyzing the similarities and differences between China and Vietnam. Moreover, it is hoped that the paper could contribute to the two countries and the cooperated enterprises between the two countries in the field of corporate culture.Starting with the corporate culture theoretically, the theory systems of western countries, Vietnam and China, and their special theory viewpoints embodied were expounded in the paper.Secondly, the characteristics of corporate cultures between Vietnamese and Chinese enterprises were discussed and analyzed separately.Then thirdly, combining theory with practice, the differences of corporate culture between the two nations were deep analyzed with the data diagram and comparison method.Finally, however, as the conclusions and revelations, what deserved to be quote worthy of theory and practice in corporate cultures that Chinese enterprises could learn from Vietnamese enterprises were listed and the ways in which the enterprises in the two countries could fuse better were given in the paper as well.
