Empirical Study On Internationalization Of Chinese Resources Enterprises

Economic globalization is one of the important characters of the economic development. Enterprise internationalization is an economic way to adapt the development of society and time. Its purpose is to enter into the world market and meet the market demand. At last it promotes the optimization of the distribution of the resources. The tendency of economic globalization demand Chinese companies become internationalized company.In the seventeenth national congress of CPC report, we should persist in the basic state policy of opening to the outside world. We should open up further by integrating our "bringing in" and "going global" strategies. Economic globalization has enlarged the risks in each country's economic operation. Particularly, it will pose new challenges to the economic sovereignty and economic safety of developing countries in an inferior position. Chinese companies'internationalization is a effective way to meet the demand of economic restructuring and to solve the question of the huge surplus trade balance.Nowadays the economic globalization is developing swiftly. Globalization is not only the objective need, but also the subjective need of economic development. Enterprise internationalization helps enterprises to acquire resource, market, and technology to promote the competitiveness. The resource-based company is the basic sector, and in the initial stage of the industrial chain. So the globalization of the resource-based company is an urgent concern.The first part of this article is the introduction. It starts from the concept of resource and globalization. The development of enterprise internationalization supports the national economic security, and it is an effective way to meet the demand of economic restructuring. But because of its specific characteristics, the resource-based company has a difficulty road to realize globalization.The second part of this article is theoretical overview about enterprise internationalization. It focuses on introducing the works on this topic and research meaning and present study to make preparation for the later analysis.The third part of this article is the analysis of resource-based company's current situation and international background. The resource-based company is the basic sector, and in the initial stage of the industrial chain. So the globalization of the resource-based company is an urgent concern. In the paper, the industry is divided into three kinds: resource industry, raw materials processing industry and terminals manufacturing. They have a long-term balance among economic development. But resource industry has a broader impact on economic development.The fourth part of this article is the existing condition analysis of the globalization of Chinese resource-based company. It starts from two aspects: one is the international trade, another is the international investment. The research on the international trade refers to large amounts of data and chart. Another research is on the foreign direct investment. Most of the powerful companies on external investment are the resource-based companies.The fifth part of this article is the analysis of Chinese resource-based company internationalization's economic effect. This article analyzes the spillover effect from the international trade and investment. By doing empirical test on the model, we find that Chinese resource-based company internationalization's economic effect is not obvious. So we should attach importance to promote the technology spillover effect.The sixth part of this article is the analysis of Chinese resource-based company internationalization's main factor. It illustrates the natural endowment of resources, the scale of the economy, the governmental support, the human capital, the economic globalization, the unevenly distributed resources and the trade barriers.The final section is the conclusion part of thesis. It explores the road of Chinese resource-based company internationalization, and promotes several policy recommendations.The innovation of this paper lies in two following respects. Firstly it quantizes the economic contributions of Chinese resource-based industry. And uses it as a internality motion to internationalize Chinese resource-based companies. Secondly, the article applies causal testing method to study the economy spillover effect and its factors. On the basis, it gives the solving countermeasures.
