China's agriculture is a weak industry, in the less developed regions, the weak feature is more obvious, and one way to solve the problem is agriculture Industrialization, which seriously base on the organization model. Organization evolution is the result of the interacting of the factors and actors constrained by institutions. Thus, it is prominent to set up the suitable organizational model according to the actual situation and condition in less developed areas.Agricultural organization is the carrier of agricultural industrialization operation, the scientific selection of industrial organization model is the key to the success to the agricultural industrialization. During the process of Agricultural production, prenatal, postpartum, each stage need different organization, the aim of agricultural industrialization is to promote the value and efficiency of the whole industry chain and make the, profit can be shared. The efficiency of Family agriculture is mainly reflected in the of production processes, the efficiency of enterprises mainly in the processing and marketing chain, specialized cooperative organizations of farmers, while improving efficiency and profits benefit the entire agricultural workers and peasants. In the less developed regions, families, businesses and farmer cooperative organizations face the different natural environment, system constraints, system productivity and informal institution compare to developed regions the three each has its own unique character and evolving decision-making rules. In the framework of macro-institutional constraints, co-or counter-balance of the three element determine the whole pattern of industrial organization and the path of change. How the Three element determine the industrial organization and what the relationship between the three, and which model be adopted in the less developed areas, these are the aim of this paper. This paper focuses on the production, marketing, organizational ties, interests, etc., has comparative analysis the three organizational models, providing ideas on how to improve. In general, the less developed regions should focus on family-oriented agricultural production, the introduction of production in specific areas, in the field of marketing of agricultural products and processing, the enterprises should play the central role of the field. In order to improve profits and share the fruit of the entire agriculture, farmers should have their own organizations, --- specialized farmers cooperative organizations which provide a link. The article has summarized the general characters of the agriculture in the less developed areas. Then analysis micro-foundation including farmers, businesses, governments and other actors, the interact of the three factors determine the evolution of industrial organization. "company +farmers" and specialized cooperative organizations of farmers are the main and most popular models currently. Either of them includes detail internal classification with a variety of different organizations. The difference is the result of particular institutions. Flowing this logic, the article has analysis the industrial organization of agriculture in Guizhou by SCP paradigm. According to the existing problems, it is necessary to solve the barren through the improvement of the factor markets, macroeconomic and other aspects of system. The specific content of each chapter are as follows:Chapter II:first, the article has defined the notion of "developed areas "and the agricultural barriers, then summarized the total features and obstacles of the less developed areas, and pointed the way to solve the obstacles is the agricultural industry and the organizations is the key to the success of agricultural industry. and agriculture organization is run by farmers, enterprises and government which work together to form the model of organization, thus it is necessary to analyze the behavior of the three characteristics. Finally, the article points out the main theories including the division of labor and economies of scale, transaction costs and institutional innovation, the classical theory of peasant economy, Harvard School of SCP paradigm which will be use in the thesis.Chapter III:family-run organization is still the primarily Agricultural production organization in the less developed regions, with a view of small-scale production of family-run organization is inefficient, this chapter proved that this view is unreal, and family-run model is the famer's rational choice under the condition with too many peasants and too less land. In the promotion of industrialization and urbanization, the small-scale production method has taken some changes, reflecting in some of the chief industry and some of the specialized production which seem contradictory, but both are farmers's reasonable arrangement under the constraint condition. In the present institutions and technical condition, the agricultural production is supported by communities with family relationship, which in large extent has ensure the stability of agricultural production. Of course, small-scale farming area community network of relationships also influence the relationship between the agricultural industry in-depth geographical, agricultural technology and agricultural production, infrastructure does not improve the efficiency of agricultural production. Meanwhile, in the further industrialization and urbanization, the appropriate scale production should be accelerated, professional should become the norm, but the corresponding household registration system, land transfer system, the social security system and other supporting systems to be improved as soon as possible, breaking the "low efficiency division of labor "trap.Chapter iv:"Corporate+farmers" agricultural model is the most popular and common institution at present. the model not only has the advantage of company's capital and market advantages but also take the advantage of farmers in production, so that the production and the market have a certain connection. The "Corporate+farmers" can be divided in to more detail such as companies base Farmer "," company co-Farmer "," anti-rent "or" anti-rent package ", which has improved junior "companies farmers", but the specific efficiency of various models remains to be observed. Overall, the Corporate+farmers needs further improvement because conflicts between companies and farmers for the lack of fair distribution of benefits and instability, the emergence of farmer cooperatives is the response to shortcoming of "Corporate farmers" (further details in Chapter 5). At the same time, the most of agricultural enterprises are too small and with limited market and "local flavor" so the integration of agricultural enterprises is the improvement of agricultural organizations.Chapter v:farmer cooperative organization is improved from " Corporate +Farmer", and helps make up the "Company farmers"'s insufficient to enhance the bargaining position of farmers, reducing the moral hazard of farmers. This chapter analyzes the farmer cooperation patterns, the reasons of Organization,, the principal's behavior and comparison of different modes of "structure-conduct-performance".Chapter vi:Firstly, the passage has analysis industrial organization of agriculture in GuiZhou which the SCP paradigm of the Harvard school, made some conclusions about the status and problems. According the existing problems, it is necessary to improve the market of production elements, the transportation infrastructure, institutional innovation and other aspects, especially the environment of the industrial organization development.Chapter VII:first, using the relevant model, make the comparison of four major agricultural industry organization, analyzing the pros and cons of each, pointing out the strategic choice of the development in underdeveloped areas in the western China, making recommendations including government policies and the system improvement. At Last, make a full summary and outlook of the article, outlining the key point of the article and weaknesses and the need for further study.
