China is the largest producer and consumer of clothing in the world, but not clothing power, lack of world-class clothing brand. Since the beginning of 21st century, the marketing focus gradually shifted to meet the demand of customers. because of the further deepen of economic globalization, the intense competition and the increase of cost pressure. The appearance or aggravating of changes made the academia and the corporation pay more and more attention to the marketing channels. The construction and management of the marketing channels already has been becoming the crucial weapon to deal with the changes to meet the customer demand and win the competition.ML company is a small and medium private brand garment production enterprise, the company long-term accumulated in the channel consciousness, structure, management, and other aspects of the many problems, has a strong impact on the development of the enterprise. In this channel is the king of time, the brand clothing enterprise development to channel is having more dependence. However, the traditional marketing model, such as the franchise, self-supporting, etc, in the current market competitive states, already gradually losing of its advantage. The operating cost is high, the information not free, unable to reach high unification brand image and many other problems, restricts the development of the enterprise.In this paper, the company marketing environment for background ML, through the market marketing, channel management and behavior theory, combined with the theory foundation clothing industry development and the characteristics and ML for the company's future strategy development the objective, this paper analyzes the current situation and the problems of ML channels, and marketing channels for ML structure optimization design, function and relationship to solve the optimization design, business enterprise at present channel problem, enhance their core competitiveness.This paper studies the whole question, follow to analyze and solve problems in thinking. Firstly, research and analysis the existing problems of ML company marketing channel, and then puts forward the existing problems, the solution of optimal new marketing channel operation for a comprehensive validation and evaluation, and puts forward the implementation and management of the late suggestion. Looking forward to this article for the optimization of the marketing channel design research, to brand garment industry can have certain reference significance.
