| Based on China's successful experiences of Agricultural Restructuring and the use of literature study, empirical research, and data analysis methods, this thesis analyses the status quo of the agricultural structure of the wanyuan city,identifies the existing problems with the agricultural structure, as well as the cause of these problems and then gives the objectives and advice of the Agricultural Restructuring of Wanyuan City, in accordance with the city's own strengths and resources. The Agricultural Restructuring of Wanyuan City should focus on the following aspects:adhering to the scientific planning and the principle of suiting measures to local conditions, making full use of selenium-rich resources to develop selenium-enriched agricultural products, transforming resource advantage into competitive advantage and improving the overall quality of products; relying on science and technology to highlight the large-scale development, develop the industries with local characteristics, such as selenium-enriched tea, Jiu Yuan black-chicken and banjiao goats, optimize the variety and quality structure of agricultural products.This article includes five parts:The first part is an overview of the the agricultural restructuring, including the content of the agricultural structure and the development of China's agricultural structure as well as the related ideas of the CPC Central Committee in agricultural structure; The second part researches the agricultural resources and agricultural structure of Wanyuan City.The third part analyses the problems in the agricultural structure and the causes of these problems are also analyzed; The fourth part is about the objectives of the the agricultural restructuring of Wanyuan City;the fifth part is to discuss specific measures to adjust the agricultural structure such as increasing the normal agricultural and financial resources inputs, developing leading enterprises and establishing and improving agricultural market system. |
