Study On The Factors And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Selenium-rich Agricultural Industry In Guangxi

Guangxi is the only province along the coast in the western part of China and a major agricultural province in the country.The development of the functional agriculture and selenium-rich agriculture industry is the internal demand of Guangxi from a major agricultural province to a strong agricultural province.It is of great practical significance to further explore the advantages of resources in Guangxi,integrate the advanced production factors,enhance the overall competitiveness of agriculture,promote the steady income growth of peasants,accomplish the task of fighting off poverty and realizing industrial enrichment.SWOT analysis is a strategic analysis method,which were analyzed according to their own internal conditions and external environment to identify strengths(strength),weaknesses(weakness),opportunity(opportunity)and threats(threat),and then tap their own potential,use of favorable conditions to improve their core comp etitiveness,targeted to achieve their strategic objectives.This paper use the SWOT analysis method,starting form the current situation of selenium-rich agriculture industry development in Guangxi Province,the development of the external environment and internal conditions of Guangxi's selenium-rich agriculture industry carried out a detailed comparison on the basis of clarifying resource endowments and binding conditions,determine the development of Guangxi's selenium-rich agriculture industry has strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and then by optimizing strategic options to enhance the core competitiveness of selenium-rich agricultural development in Guangxi Province.The development of selenium-rich and functional agriculture industry in Guangxi Province has advantages,including:rich resources,unique geographical location.The main disadvantages are:lack of talents,short industrial chain and less brands etc.Opportunities refers to the support of the local government and vast potential market.As long as the threat include similar to the structure of selenium products in other areas.Based on these four SWOT analysis,we believe that the policy can be chosen from the following aspects:First,scientific co-ordination of strategic projects;Second,the extension and development of industrial chain of strategic project;Third,the talent team creates strategic project;Fourth,"Internet + selenium-rich agriculture" strategic project;Five,the integration and development of the 123 industry of strategic project;Six,brand building strategic project,Seven,improve the quality standard of selenium enriched products.
