Study On The Issues Of Economic Development Of Changsha County

In China, County economy is the basic unit of our national economy, which plays an important role in the entire national economic system. For the reality of our situation in concerned, development of county economy is the basic guarantee for the prosperity of the rural economy, an important foundation to achieve urbanization, the main channel of the transfer of rural surplus labor, and the fundamental way to improve farmer's income. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the research County economy for the realization of China's modernization and the address of rural issues at current stage.The economy structure of Changsha County is unitary for a long time. Now we can see that the level of agriculture modernization is low, the size of service industry is too small to meet the economic development of Changsha County, and the distribution of resources are also irrational and inefficient. These are the main problems that the article wants to cope with. First, the article outlines domestic and foreign theories of county economy in order to built theoretical guidance for Changsha County's economic development. In the second part, the article discusses about the basic theory of county economy in detail and describes the definition, characters and models of county economy. Next, the article uses SWOT to analyze superiorities and chances in the development of economic, and indicate weaknesses and risks in the future at the same time. With the analysis above, the article considers that there are five problems which need to solve urgently. Finally, the article provides six policy suggestions which involving industry structure, government plan, financial system construction, agriculture development, government revenue to promote the economy development of Changsha County. The article hopes that its study would make a contribution to both economic and social development of Changsha County either in theory or in reality.
