And it is much related to the national construction plan. The Chinese leaders are very concerned about the construction of the affordable housing including their quality, quantity and ministry. The Ministry of Construction regards the affordable housing checking as the key item instead of common houses now. But there are still some problems about it in some districts, such as its poor quality which led to the words that affordable housing is poor housing. In order to avoid the leaking of water in the toilets which brought in much complaint, the Whole Toilet is adopted.As the product of industrialization, the Whole Toilet is used widely in foreign countries, such as in Japanese, European and American countries. But it is still new in our country for some reasons although it has been brought in several years ago. The widely use of the Whole Toilet in affordable housing will lead to the development of residential industrialization. Also it can lower the cost, save the resources and energy.Some problems still exists about the Whole Toilet, which needs to be studied and solved during the construction work.
