At the same time as the improving of science technology, the automation degree of the equipment is more and more high, and the equipment is more and more complex, which leads to many risks to equipments.Combining with the JGND factory actual, under the risk management and equipment management background, in view of the life cycle of the equipment, put forward the risk management based on the equipment life, and identify and analyze all the risks in each stage of the equipment, and discusses related strategies.It has important realistic significance to protect the equipment, improve economic effectiveness, low breakdown rate, and ensure safety.Under the spread of questions, research, analysis, solving and summary, thesis integrate theory with practice, each stage of risk management (only identify, analyze and response) as the main line, and narrative each stage of the equipment life cycle (procurement, installation, use, maintenance, scrap and update).The target is clear. First theory study, then practice.
