Along with the Chinese opening-up, the private economy plays a very important role in Chinese economy, not only for the whole society huge economic revenue but also for the role of absorbing the employment.However, the development of home enterprises faces many problems. During the management of the HR of the home enterprises, the parental experiment management does no good for the long development of the home enterprises for the notion of the feeling management, lack of the rough collaboration and the low level of the employment. So in order to make the home enterprises stronger, it needs the push of the human and the cooperation by the people and the HR outsourcing can do that help. With the development of the HR service market, the collaboration of the HR service and home enterprises, the two sides can benefit each other.On the basis of the present HR outsourcing theory and the facts of the HR in the home enterprises, the thesis first analyze the present facts and problems in home enterprises, penetrate the necessity of the HR outsourcing, then focus on the deferent forms of the HR outsourcing. It may involve some risks of the HR outsourcing in the home enterprises, like the conflicts of the culture immigration, the role of the HR management and the increase of the change costs, as well as the information and the dependence of the service providers.From the outside of the home enterprises, the global integration, the fierce market competition and the development of the HR service contribute the HR outsourcings and points the ways of the off the bad sides of the HR outsourcings.
