Internet Era Of Enterprise Independent Management Team

Since the 1980s, the work way of using team management had played an important role in enhancing environmental adaptability, improving management efficiency, sharing information and knowledge and boosting cohesion, thus it had became popular in many companies. Furthermore, a good team organization form can improve those companies' performance level greatly. However many companies'team management has met with several problems at present, for example:How to make these team members change the work way from passive to initiative? How to solve the free-rider phenomenon in the team effectively? How to make the team members willing to share knowledge and information? How to grasp the degrees between the team stability and innovation?This study suggests that the internet age has arrived, on the one hand it has brought numerous opportunities for the companies; on the other hand it has put forward several challenges. The independent operation team organization form not only can well seize the opportunities brought by the Internet, but also can cope with these challenges flexibly. This paper analyses and summaries the existing theories on the team management comprehensively, which provide the breakthrough point for the paper. Firstly, the author defines the independent operation team accurately, based on the team constructing principles and analyzing the internal and external factors, then suggests the theoretical model of constructing the independent operation team. Finally, using Haier ZZJYT verifies this theoretical model. This paper concludes several theoretical team constructing strategies for other companies consequently.To sum up, the relative theories of companies construct the independent operation team in the internet age was proposed, not only have important theoretical significance in enriching the existing team theory, but also have great realistic significance in guiding companies' team construction, and solving these problems in companies' team management effectively at present to improve the performance level greatly.
