With the deep development of the world economy on globalization, informatization and networking, it is becoming harder and harder for enterprise to keep the advantage from the others, what’s more, the advantage of the enterprise is being imitated, caught up with and surpassed easily within a short time. To maintain the winning momentum and seek off all the business opportunities, companies have to try all their best to stay in the state of innovation and entrepreneurship, response with quick actions upon the external environment.On the other hand, at the beginning of enterprise setting up, all the leaders and employee has a strong desert to do better and be succeeded. However, when the enterprise developed deeply and company become larger and larger, In order to keep the company’s sustainable growth, it requires the leaders and employees to have a strongly sense and spirit on innovation, and warm feeling for entrepreneurial and culture-building, and dying to establish a institutional system within which the entrepreneurship and innovation growing well. Regarding the large enterprises, to mobilize the general staff’s passion, motive and ability on entrepreneurship and innovation, establishing a platform and institutional structure based on the theory of " everyone is entrepreneur" will be a must-to-do activities.Base on the summary of analysis on proceeding theoretical and the author’s work experience in company, this paper will be written according the study on the practice of the full entrepreneurship in huge companies with the theoretical research together with empirical research method to analyzes and expounds the impact factors and management mechanism on the full entrepreneurship in Haier Group.Firstly, do a lot of researches on the internal and external economic environment faced by the large-scale enterprise and summary the experience which was used by the major companies to handle their sufferings on the deeply development on economics. Secondly, appraise these measures and methodology which have been adopt by lots of companies. Upon the sufferings that the enterprise comes across, this paper points out the main idea of the research:Full entrepreneurship base on all staff. Through the analysis on the theory of entrepreneurship in large enterprises and the study on feasibility and the researches on the company which the author is working for, the paper come out the concept on full entrepreneurship base on all staff. This study aimed to help the enterprises who are suffering from the internal and external environment and seeking for way to keep the state on growth and innovation, to find out some practical solutions which will as a assurance for the companies to compete fiercely in business.
