The Research On Optimization Of Haier Group "Internet Plus" Technology Innovation System Based On SD Method

In today's era of “Internet Plus”,every individual is given a chance to realize“Chinese Dream”,while every walk of life is blessed with the opportunity of“Corner Overtaking” transforming China an “Internet Power” and “Innovation Giant” form a “Manufacturing Factory” and “Populous Nation”.Haier group,the leading home appliances enterprise,catches up with the new trends and puts forward a series of innovative conceptions,such as “Mass Innovation” and “Enterprise Platformization” and so on.Aiming to bring the enterprise into a “people innovation platform” under the age of “Internet Plus” and absorb technology innovation needs and solution demands serves as the inexhaustible purse of Haier Group technology innovation.The “Internet Plus” technology innovation system created by Haier Group involves exploration and pioneering efforts,and its essence is integrated into the Internet thinking of the user cooperation in technological innovation system,but still lack less academia study for this system and contains many problems such as the application risks,unpredictable value and faint profits for enterprise.Therefore,it is of great value for us to conduct further research on the “Internet Plus” technology innovation system.This paper will build a causality diagram of Haier Group "Internet Plus" technology innovation system,and make it as object of study which including the relevant influence factors based on the technology innovation theory,system dynamics theory and relevant theories on “Internet Plus”,followed by a detailed analysis of its corresponding influences so as to establish the Haier Group “Internet Plus” technology innovation system dynamics system.In the final part,the paper will depend on the software VENSIM to establish the stock flow graph of Haier Group “Internet Plus” technology innovation system dynamics mode,and make the model simulation and prediction,to analysis the internal mechanism of this model and put forward relevant suggestions,in order to improve the operation level of the Haier Group “Internet Plus” technology innovation system,and try to discuss whether it can be promoted in similar enterprises.
