The 21 st century is an era of innovation.With the continuous development of economy and society and the overlapping of application level research,the innovation field is rapidly entering the open innovation era.The development of innovation field is changing from the independent differentiation of the previous disciplines to the interdisciplinary development of the current stage,and the boundary of innovation field research is gradually blurred.From the perspective of application,due to the cross integration of innovation research,the mode of innovation research is increasingly changing to open mode.In terms of the current research field of enterprise innovation,carrying out innovation research in the form of enterprise science and technology innovation team is gradually becoming the first choice for enterprises because of its advantages in flexible formation,open management mode,wide research scope,etc.various forms of enterprise science and technology innovation teams are continuously undertaking various types of research projects and supporting the development of various innovation activities of enterprises Innovative research methods.It can be said that the scientific and technological innovation team of an enterprise shoulders the important task of enterprise innovation.Its operation quality directly affects the development of all kinds of innovation activities of an enterprise,relates to the success or failure of enterprise innovation activities,and determines the long-term development of an enterprise.Improving the construction of scientific and technological innovation team and accelerating the construction of new innovation units are effective ways to promote scientific and technological innovation,improve the operation efficiency of enterprises,reduce the cost and risk of research and development,as well as improve the innovation ability and level of scientific research units and enhance the competitiveness of the industry.In recent years,more and more scholars and enterprises have gradually turned their attention to this side.However,in the process of the construction of scientific and technological innovation team,there are inevitably some conflicts.For example,managers generally have more expectations for the effectiveness of the construction of enterprise science and technology innovation teams.They think that most of the existing enterprise science and technology innovation teams have some problems,such as the formation mode is not scientific,the operation cycle is not long enough,the team output is notideal,and the public resources are wasted too much.However,due to the existence of implicit contradictions among team members in terms of mutual rights,responsibilities,obligations,resource failure,which will undoubtedly further increase the difficulty in the formation and management of enterprise science and technology innovation teams,and enhance the internal friction of the organization,affect individual and team performance.At the same time,the nature of the work of the enterprise's scientific and technological innovation team is changing dramatically,from the previous simple functional model to the complex project development model,coupled with the increasingly frequent cross tasks and functional exchanges between team members,the relationship between the members of the enterprise's scientific and technological innovation team has become more complex.In recent years,with the innovation activities in the form of teams prevailing in all kinds of enterprises,more construction of scientific and technological innovation team in the academic circle.Scholars at home and abroad focus on a certain key content of team building to analyze independently,and most of them apply the research mode of general enterprise team.Based on the relevant theories of the construction of enterprise science and technology team,and based on the existing literature research,this paper takes the science and technology innovation team of copper industry enterprises in Yingtan City,Jiangxi Province as the research object,and makes an on-the-spot investigation of Yingtan national high and new technology industry development zone,Yujiang Industrial Park,Guixi Economic Development Zone,Yingtan(Guixi)copper industry circular economy base,and connects the He communicated with the leaders of copper industry enterprises in Yingtan,innovation team of copper industry enterprises in Yingtan(team members),copper industry and talent work of Yingtan municipal government(Personnel Office of the municipal Party committee,municipal human resources and Social Security Bureau,Municipal Bureau of industry and informationtechnology,municipal science and Technology Bureau,financial office of the municipal government,and municipal Copper Industry Office),and distributed 125 to the members of innovation team of 37 enterprises and their leaders Based on a questionnaire,this paper makes a detailed theoretical analysis and empirical research on the factors that affect the effectiveness of the construction of the scientific and technological innovation team in copper industry enterprises,focusing on the factors that affect the growth of the members of the scientific and technological innovation team and the output of the achievements of the scientific and technological innovation team It is concluded that team building factors have significant positive effects on team members' growth and team innovation output,team operation factors have significant positive effects on team members' growth and team innovation output,and external policy support factors have significant positive effects on team members' growth and team innovation output.
