| With the acceleration of economic globalization, more and more companies realize that the simple low-cost OEM model is no longer useful. To develop the ability and achieve business upgrade has been a necessary road for OEM companies in China. However, in the dynamic process of reforming the production strategy, human resource management is often overlooked. The human resource has been the core push power of the business enterprise development, and the human resource management is already become the core and important part of the business enterprise managements. Thus, the improvement of human resources management has a great significance.First of all, this paper studies the theories related to manufacturing strategy and strategic human resource management, by analyzing the matching between manufacturing strategy and human resource management system, to reveal the relationship between human resources management and manufacturing strategy. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of the manufacturing strategy shifting and human resources management of HO company, applying the strategic human resource management theory to solve the company's practical problems, and offer the corrective action-commitment human resources management based on HO company's manufacturing strategy. This countermeasures include improving of staff recruitment process, implementing of multi-channel recruitment practices, carrying out training programs, building fair performance evaluation, improving performance-related pay system, strengthening the staff's concern. This series implementation can effectively solve the current human resource management issues, making the human resource management strategies to meet company needs, and promote its sustainable development. |
