Semiconductor is the high technology and strategy industrial for development of china society and economic. A few years, the domestic semiconductors Industrial have a great development depending on the large marketing demanding, lower production cost and rich human resource, also have stable economic development and superior policy supporting etc.For the semiconductor assembly and testing plant, the production cost control is the main target to measure management level and the market competitive force. It's a problem that how to control the production cost and lower the cost for the management team. The production equipment is very expensive in the semiconductor assembly plant. Equipment depreciation and maintenance cost make a most rate in the cost of the manufacturing. So it's very important to improve the equipment efficiency. In order to well control the equipment efficiency, International semiconductor equipment and material organization (SEMI) suggest the method—OEE to evaluation the equipment efficiency. Since the OEE consider all status for the equipment running, calculation easy and correct, and more fit for the flexible production equipment,make up of the disadvantage of traditional calculation efficiency method, so the OEE have a wide using for the semiconductor. In the semiconductor equipment management process, OEE only supply diagnose and analysis, As for how to improve the OEE, lower the equipment lost, how to make use of the ERP system improve the OEE is very important for the semiconductor industrial.Through study the equipment of NXP semiconductors Guang Dong Site, analyzes equipment utilization and combined with the practical production status, apply the whole equipment performance theory OEE and ERP system to analysis and calculation of the equipment utilization. In the improvement process I make full use of IE means to improve production site, using the comprehensive efficient management to set up a reasonable equipment maintenance system, reducing equipment failure. Simplify the process flow, reduce the production batch replacement and machine down time loss. Through the study, strengthen and improve OEE in semiconductor manufacturing plant, also the application of the overall productivity, to realization of the ultimate goal for reduce the cost of product.
