CCEP must look on the owner satisfaction as a development strategy, so that they can get the owners'sanction and the continual competitiveness in market.The thesis has been based on the theory of the customer satisfaction, and established the quantitative evaluation model for the owner satisfaction of CEP for hydro power station, including a set of evaluation quotas for the owner satisfaction and the weighted aggregation for each of the quotas. The evaluation model has applied the theory of fuzzy mathematics and made the quantitative evaluation by the method of the satisfaction scale group, the matrix of fuzzy membership and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
