Research On The Risk Management Of International Trade Finance For Commercial Bank

International trade financing is a kind of loan on the basis of international trade settlement which is provided certain line of credit by banks for importer and exporter to provide varies of credit service,it plays an important role for the growth of international settlement bussiness. The business sets the intermediate business and assets business in a body. For now,it has become one of the core business for many international banks. With the development of international economy and finance,the way of international trade financing also will be more diverse,complex and special,Its potential risk is also increasing and changing,thus how to control the risk which based on the expansion of domestic commercial bank and how to expand international trade financing business market share is becoming very important.In this thesis,F bank is taken as our resrerch target. First of all,this thesis describes the theory of international trade and financing risk both in domestic and abroad. Secondly, it analyzes the current status of trade and financing risk management of F bank from the perspective of economical and financing system and macroeconomics. The article focuses on the risk management of international trade financing and the defect of credit system. Thirdly, it combines the theoretical and practical analysis, this thesis puts forward credit rating method to customer,at the same time,it creates unified credit management systems and"Three-in-one"credit decision mechanism focus on the risk of credit, so that I try to design a proper risk management system of international trade and financing for F bank, and then examine the designed framework by financing examples. Finally, it puts forward a new information and management system and new marketing strategy which corresponding with the F bank's international trade and financing risk controlling requirement. By the analysis of international trade and financing risk of F bank, hopefully this thesis can provide some useful guidance for how to enhance the control of risk for international trade and financing of banks.
