The Research Of Industrial Structure Optimization Based On China's Transformation Of Economic Development Pattern

In the process of China's transformation of economic development pattern, the industrial structure imbalance has become a major problem of the economic structure adjustment. Firstly, this thesis has analyzed China's industrial structure trouble of optimization since China's Reform and Opening. The industrial structure has gradually optimized, but there are still some issues among three industrial structures and in internal structures of three industries. There are many problems among three industrial structures. For example, the proportion of three industries isn't reasonable; The structure of labor force is not harmonious with the structure of production value; The labor transfers difficultly among three industrial structures, etc. In the same time, there are also many problems in the internal structures of three industries. For instance, the allocation efficiency of production factors is low inside the first industry, the technology of agricultural production is backward; there is a trend towards the heavy industrialization within the second industry; The proportion of production services is on low side in the third industry, etc.Second, this thesis analysises these reasons through elaborating the existing problems of the industrial structure. The root cause of industrial structure imbalance is backward technology, unsound system.Finally, this paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures in the light of the existing problems of industrial structure. Top priority, the most important measure is that the technological must be innovated and the system must be perfected. Through combining the technology innovation with system improvement, the industrial structure is upgraded, China's economic development pattern is changed qualitily and quickly.
