Change the background of national economic development is similar toXinjiang's economic development mode shift is an increasing demand. In theautonomous region of the "12th Five-Year Plan in2011clearly stated the principle toadhere to the economic development pattern, and proposed changes in the way ofeconomic development is the only way to Xinjiang's economy by leaps and bounds. Itcan be seen that the autonomous regional government has attached great importanceto the problems faced by the mode of economic development in Xinjiang. In fact,large amounts of data through this article and Empirical Analysis can be found in themode of economic development in Xinjiang has accumulated many contradictions andproblems, these problems did not receive the attention and solution from a long time.This paper attempts an empirical analysis of the current situation and problems revealthe mode of economic development in Xinjiang, so as to change the way way ofeconomic development and policy recommendations to provide some reference.The paper is divided into nine chapters. The first chapter introduces some basicinformation. The background and significance; at home and abroad on economicgrowth, the literature review of the mode of economic development; research methodsand ideas of this article; The innovation of the paper; the full text of the logicalsystem.The second chapter describes the theoretical basis for the economic developmentmode shift, such as economic growth and economic development; the relationshipbetween the mode of economic growth and economic development in the way.Thenexpounded the theories of economic development mode shift: the content anddifficulty of the economic development mode shift. Three close to the mode ofeconomic development demand, supply factors, the economic structure theory. Thesethree elements constitute the economic development aspects, and only byunderstanding these three elements in order to clearly understand the status of the mode of economic development in Xinjiang. Section III simply evaluates the environmental situation of Xinjiang.The fourth chapter detailed discussion of the xinjiang three demands conditionsand empirically analyse the contribution of three major demands of economic growthof Xinjiang.Including three first section describes the three major demands oneconomic growth indicators, Section II on the basis of empirical analysis, Section IIIwith a summary. This chapter attempts to understand the Xinjiang final consumption,capital formation, the structure of the net exports, as well as their respectivecontribution to the economic growth of Xinjiang.Chapter a detailed analysis of the factor inputs as well as their contribution to theeconomic growth of Xinjiang. The first section discusses the Xinjiang capitalinvestment and capital investment contribution to the economic growth of Xinjiang.Section II discusses the labor input in Xinjiang and the labor contribution to theeconomic growth of Xinjiang. Section III discusses the contribution of total factorproductivity and technological progress, represented by Xinjiang's economic growth.This chapter attempts to understand the Xinjiang's economic power sourcecomposition and the respective contributions.The sixth chapter discusses the three industries in Xinjiang Research on theStructure and Xinjiang's economic sector contribution to economic growth. The statusquo in the industrial structure is discussed from the following three aspects: thetertiary industry output value constitutes; three production contribution to economicgrowth; three capacities to absorb the employment situation. The second section empirically analyses the sensitivity of three industries of Xinjiang contribution toeconomic growth of Xinjiang and structure changes of six major departments tocontribution of economic growth of Xinjiang.The seventh chapter analyzes the relationship between the Government andeconomic development patterns. Section I discuss the relationship betweengovernment and economic development, local government in economic developmentrole of the formation and transformation.In the first section on the basis of analysis offormation and transformation of the role of local governments in Xinjiang Xinjiang'seconomic development mode.
