Performance Evaluation Improved Research Of Small And Medium Enterprise Technology Innovation

With entry of"WTO"in China, the technology innovation of Small and medium enterprise (SME) is facing more risks .In order to win force competition in international and national market, SME must improve their technology innovation abilities, and the technology innovation performance assessment is the prerequirsts , because it can get acquaint of their technology innovation situations correctly , and make decisions to chose technology innovation projects. It is also necessary for us to build the indexes of investment performance evaluation and evaluation model to adapt to the development and changeof economic environment.This article begins with the statement of the current situation of enterprise technology innovation models, and then elaborates (The Analytic Hierarchy Process ) AHP, Fuzzy and Comprehensive Assessment model, DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis),QFD(Quality function deployment).According to the new situation of SME ,then explain the idea of technological innovation of SME performance evaluation model improved research.According to the characteristics, the principles and ways of technological innovation of SME, and combining with the idea of BSC in the performance evaluation, the article builds up the index system of appraising for technological innovation performance of SME. Aiming at the problem of appraising on the technological innovation performance of SME, In order to add the feasibility and simplicity of performance of appraising for technological innovation performance of SME, to make the result of the appraising objectively, The article work the weights of the indexes by AHP to build Fuzzy and Comprehensive Assessment model and (QFD) model to appraise the technology innovation of SME, optimizing the appraise model.The article prove the feasibility and reasonability of the models, make the model perfect by collecting comprehensive data and materials and examples to demonstrate the improved the new model ,and the give some conclusions and suggestions about how to improve the performance of technology innovation about SME. Finally,the chart put forward the faults of the improved the model of appraisal for technological innovation performance of SME and the perspectives of the research .From the article, the SME can get more knowledge of its situation of technological innovation more correctly by evaluation model improved research, then adopt effective strategy, accelerate the development of technological innovation to strengthen the core competitive forces . On the other hand, the article can give the government a proof from which they can master the rules of technological innovation, and then establish related economy policy.
