With the rapid development of the modern service industry, more and more service-oriented enterprises have chosen the strategy of service outsourcing, and most of them tend to recruit external experts in order to improve their core-competitiveness. It is definitely important to pay attention to the degree of satisfaction of these experts in the process of implementing the strategy of service outsourcing. The external experts' satisfaction can reflect the management level of enterprises' human resources in the modern service industry. In addition, the degree of satisfaction of external experts has profound and realistic significance for those enterprises.As an educational service company, JS has recruited nearly 100 educational experts and famous municipal school teachers to meet the needs of its project. However, JS's major problem is how to efficiently manage, coordinate and increase the degree of satisfaction of these experts.Through case analysis, interviews with experts, questionnaire investigation and data analysis, this thesis manages to find out the key problems, then propose solutions and build a system of external experts' satisfaction. As a result, JS hopes to enhance the degree or sense of satisfaction of external experts to its internal service and staff's personal interests, and then make itself develop steadily.
